Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of ReplyReady, a product operated by Kindolab.

By using ReplyReady, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. What ReplyReady provides

ReplyReady analyzes cold email drafts and returns framework-based diagnostic output, including scores, identified weak points, suggested fixes, and rewrites.

It is a diagnostic tool. It is not a guarantee of reply rates, meetings, revenue, or any other business outcome.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use ReplyReady only in compliance with applicable law.

You may not use the product to break the law, infringe rights, disrupt our infrastructure, bypass plan limits, automate abuse, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

You also may not reverse engineer the service, scrape output at scale, resell access without permission, or use ReplyReady to build a competing dataset or model.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the drafts and other content you submit.

You give Kindolab a limited right to host, process, analyze, store, and transmit that content as needed to operate ReplyReady, secure the product, enforce plan rules, and improve the service.

You are responsible for making sure your submissions do not violate confidentiality obligations, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or applicable law.

5. Free plan and Pro plan

ReplyReady offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The free plan may be limited by daily caps, anti-abuse checks, and other usage controls. Pro unlocks expanded usage and paid features while your subscription remains active.

We may change features, limits, and packaging over time. If we materially change paid features for existing subscribers, we will reflect that change in the product or billing experience.

6. Billing and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle. By purchasing Pro, you authorize Paddle to charge the applicable subscription fee and taxes using the payment method you provide in their checkout flow.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage cancellation and billing settings through Paddle's customer tools or by contacting support.

Access to Pro may end at the end of the paid period, or earlier if payment fails, the subscription is refunded, or the account is terminated for abuse or violation of these Terms.

7. AI output and no guarantee

ReplyReady uses software systems and AI models to generate diagnostic output. That output may be incomplete, incorrect, or wrong for your situation.

You are responsible for reviewing any score, suggestion, or rewrite before using it.

We do not guarantee reply rates, deliverability, meetings booked, revenue, or any specific business result.

8. Intellectual property

ReplyReady, including its software, design, framework naming, scoring structure, and product content, belongs to Kindolab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you the right to use the product, not ownership of it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are abusing the product, violating these Terms, creating security risk, failing to pay for Pro, or exposing Kindolab or other users to legal or operational harm.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ReplyReady is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the product will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindolab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or goodwill arising out of or related to ReplyReady.

Our total liability for any claim relating to ReplyReady will not exceed the amount you paid to Kindolab for the product in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of ReplyReady, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of ReplyReady after an update means the updated Terms will apply.
