This page explains how ReplyReady Pro cancellations and refund requests are handled.
1. What this policy covers
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests work for ReplyReady Pro.
ReplyReady is sold as a subscription product. By purchasing Pro, you agree to this policy in addition to the Terms of Service.
2. Free plan
The free plan does not require payment, so there is nothing to refund.
3. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through Paddle's customer management tools or by contacting hello@kindolab.com.
If you cancel, your subscription will stop renewing. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by us, you will keep Pro access until the end of the current paid billing period.
4. Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error, were billed after cancellation, or had a technical problem that prevented reasonable use of the product, email hello@kindolab.com with the purchase email address and the issue details.
We review refund requests case by case. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle.
5. Cases where refunds may be refused
Refunds may be refused where the subscription was used normally, where the request is made long after the billing date, where the issue is outside ReplyReady's control, or where abuse, fraud, or policy violations are involved.
6. Paddle buyer support
Paddle is the merchant of record for ReplyReady purchases. Buyers can also use Paddle's support tools for transaction-related requests such as receipts, cancellations, payment updates, and some refund matters.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
