ReplyReady Pro purchases are covered by a 14-day refund window. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.

1. What this policy covers

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests work for ReplyReady Pro.

ReplyReady is sold as a subscription product. By purchasing Pro, you agree to this policy in addition to the Terms of Service.

2. Free plan

The free plan does not require payment, so there is nothing to refund.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through Paddle's customer management tools or by contacting hello@kindolab.com.

If you cancel, your subscription will stop renewing and you will keep Pro access until the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 days of the charge date.

To request a refund, email hello@kindolab.com with the purchase email address and transaction details, or use Paddle's buyer support tools at paddle.net.

Refunds requested within the 14-day window will be processed through Paddle.

5. Requests made after the refund window

Refund requests made more than 14 days after the charge date are not eligible under this policy.

6. Paddle buyer support

Paddle is the merchant of record for ReplyReady purchases. Buyers can also use Paddle's support tools for receipts, cancellations, payment updates, and refunds.

7. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
